Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
✅ Damaged product received
✅ Defective product received
✅ Incorrect product delivered
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process
- Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
- If the product is unavailable, we will offer:
A similar product, or
An alternate item of equal value (with mutual agreement).
👉 You do not need to return the damaged product unless requested.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original packaging must be intact
- Request must be raised within the allowed timeframe
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or personalized items
- Seasonal or festive collections
- Products with minor color or print variations (due to handcrafted nature)
Refund Policy
Orak Living does not offer refunds.
We provide replacement or exchange only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
