Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  
• Other Locations Across India: 5–10 business days
  You will receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• ✅ Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
  
• Orders below ₹2000 will have shipping charges calculated based on:
  Product weight
  Delivery location
  Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
Deliveries are made:

• Monday to Saturday
  
• Between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  
• Excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  

International Shipping

Currently, Orak Living ships within India only.
International shipping can be arranged upon request if the customer agrees to bear courier charges.
